 Jae Graham

Physician Assistant, Family Practice
Jae Graham received her degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She is licensed by Texas Medical Board as a Physician Assistant. She has been working in the Texas Medical Center area for fifteen years in primary care.
In addition, she graduated from UT health Science Center as a registered dietician in 1998 and practiced weight loss and clinical dietetics before entering the Physician Assistant program at Baylor in 1992. She is interested in prevention, health maintenance, chronic health issues and urgent care.
